Assistant Maintenance Manager

This is a unique opportunity to join RIU Plaza London Victoria as a Assistant Maintenance Manager
. In this role, you will support the Maintenance Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the maintenance department. This role involves supervising maintenance staff, ensuring equipment reliability, planning preventive maintenance schedules, and assisting with budgeting and compliance with safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to improve operational efficiency.

• Assist the Maintenance Manager in planning, coordinating, and supervising maintenance activities to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor and maintain all equipment, machinery, and facilities to minimize downtime.
• Lead, train, and mentor maintenance technicians and staff.
• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, equipment performance, and inventory of spare parts.

• Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• HVAC, Electrical, or Mechanical certifications.

• Gross salary:
