Property Manager

Overview

We are Cozee, the fastest growing lettings agency in Central London. We are doubling our revenue year on year but that’s not enough, and we want to triple and quadraple!

We are looking for exceptionally hungry and ambitious individuals to join our growing team and be part of the force that is reshaping the property market in London.

Our Property Management team comprises client services, maintenance and client accounts.

• Deal with tenants, landlords and all day‑to‑day issues, serving as the point of contact for every matter these people will be facing.
• Provide client services and maintain relationships within the office environment.
• No site visits are expected for this role.

• Background in property management or admin roles with at least 3 years of experience familiarising yourself with processes and customer service.
• Ability to work under pressure, superb soft skills, the ability to diffuse difficult situations, and excellent prioritisation and time‑management skills.
• Enjoy working with people and be office‑based.
