Your role at a glance The Director, Global Investment is a key leadership role within the Investment team, responsible for supporting the strategic planning, execution, and integration of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other corporate transactions. Reporting to the Vice President of Global Investment, this role plays a critical part in driving growth, expansion, and value creation through effective investment analysis, due diligence, and cross-functional collaboration What we are looking for

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Supports the development and execution of the global investment strategy aligned with corporate objectives Lead financial analysis, underwriting, and execution of prospective acquisitions, joint ventures, and divestitures Manage the creation of detailed financial models and sensitivity analyses for individual investments and portfolios Draft and review Investment Committee Memorandums and support presentations to senior leadership Coordinate and analyze due diligence processes, including legal, financial, and operational assessments Collaborate with legal counsel on contract negotiations and outstanding issues Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and emerging opportunities to inform investment decisions Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on data-driven analysis Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards throughout the investment lifecycle Manage and mentor a team of investment analysts and managers, fostering professional development and performance Contributes to the integration of acquired entities and the realization of synergies post-transaction Support the implementation of global investment standards across regional affiliates Prepare and deliver clear, persuasive reports and presentations to internal stakeholders Contributes to the setting of policies, standards and guidelines for how the organization conducts strategy development and planning Oversee the implementation of strategy, working with internal stakeholders to maximize achievement of overall strategic objectives Ensures the implementation of process, policies and procedures Plans, manages and controls the activities of a team that provides business intelligence and strategic planning support Manages initiatives that analyze business problems and issues Performs other duties as assigned KNOWLEDGE & ATTRIBUTES Ability to facilitate cross-functional/cross-region cooperation Demonstrates strong business acumen, expertise, and strategic planning skills Strong understanding of investment strategy, financial modeling, and valuation techniques Demonstrated ability to manage complex transactions and cross-functional teams Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment High attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to support successful deal execution Advanced knowledge and use of Microsoft Excel required (must be able to use lookups, pivot tables, and other advanced functionality) Advanced skillset in Microsoft Suite of products (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) Able to work in a team environment.
