In March 2023, Publicis Media won the Adobe business for Europe, APAC, and Japan. We have established the Adobe.pub team to act as a seamless extension of the Adobe marketing team. Adobe.pub sits within the Zenith Global team and benefits from the opportunity, infrastructure and culture of one of the best international agencies in London.
The EMEA team, which has 70 members spread across London and India, covers all EMEA activity, from establishing strategy to media planning, activating media across digital channels, and reporting on campaign results. We handle both performance and upper funnel activity and are dedicated to creating full-funnel strategies to maximise Adobe’s digital engagement.

We are looking for someone who can come in and immediately make an impact. This person should exude confidence and be able to motivate, educate and aid the development of other members of the team. Whilst the successful candidate will be well supported, it is expected that they should be able to ‘hit the ground running’, and for the most part be able to manage their workload autonomously.
Responsibilities- Campaign Optimisation & Reporting: Ensure that campaigns meet or exceed targets and proactively look for opportunities to advance campaign optimisation via test and learn. Responsible for producing campaign performance reports including analysing data to provide actionable insights.
- Campaign Implementation & Technical Expertise: Ability to accurately implement large scale search, shopping, performance max, and app campaigns on search platforms. Understands the basic principles, processes and systems available to maximize campaign performance and efficiency.
- Product Knowledge: Familiar with the product suite across paid search platforms and able to confidently answer most client questions. Keeps up to date with industry and agency developments, and proactively looks for opportunities to feed into campaign optimisation.
- Operational Excellence: Through strict adherence to the financial, taxonomy and quality assurance processes, ensures quality and accuracy of team output and keeps campaign pacing and spending on track. Responsible for ensuring best practices are always adhered to.
