Location: City Of London

Location: Hybrid (1-2 days in London office, Thursdays essential)
Salary: £38,896 + £5,000 London weighting (£43,896 total)
Contract: Full-time | Permanent – 35 hours per week (plus 5 hours paid lunch)

Nacro is looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team, drive forward our strategy and elevate the profile of our organisation and its sub-brands. If you have experience in delivering innovative marketing campaigns, leading teams, and working in the third sector or a related organisation, we want to hear from you!

What

You'll Do:
  • Develop and deliver impactful marketing strategies to raise awareness of Nacro’s work.
  • Lead digital campaigns for recruitment, business growth, and service promotion.
  • Oversee our websites, social media, and online presence.
  • Manage and inspire a talented marketing team.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
  • Use data and insights to evaluate campaign success and inform future plans.
  • Support policy campaigns and organisational messaging.
What We’re Looking For:
  • At least 1 year of experience as a marketing manager, ideally in the third sector, education, or public sector.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Experience with digital marketing, website management, and analytics.
  • Strong leadership qualities with a collaborative approach.
  • A commitment to continuous professional development.
  • Graphic design skills (e.g., InDesign).
  • Knowledge of criminal justice, housing, or education sectors.
