Role Summary

Influencer Marketing Manager at (Joybuy)

We are seeking a strategic and results‑oriented Influencer Marketing Manager to build and grow Joybuy's presence within the UK influencer landscape. This role will focus on developing impactful partnerships with influencers and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • In line with Joybuy UK’s brand positioning, define and execute the influencer marketing strategy to build long‑term partnerships with UK‑based influencers and key opinion leaders.
  • Drive brand awareness and sales growth through influencer and affiliate collaborations.
  • Track and analyze influencer performance, including affiliate sales, engagement metrics, and ROI, to continuously refine strategy and improve results.
  • Collaborate closely with the Social Media and PR teams to ensure consistency in messaging and maximize brand visibility across all channels.
  • Identify and onboard new influencer partners who align with Joybuy’s brand values and target audience.
  • Stay informed on emerging creators, content trends, and competitive activity within the UK market.
Qualifications
  • Experience in influencer marketing or partnerships, preferably within e-commerce, retail, or consumer goods.
  • Proven experience managing influencer campaigns from ideation to execution and performance reporting.
  • Strong understanding of influencer platforms, affiliate marketing models, and social commerce trends.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to measure ROI and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Experience working in an international or cross‑functional environment is a plus.
