A fast-growing direct-to-consumer health and wellness business, operating across multiple markets, with a strong focus on innovation, quality products, and long-term sustainable growth.

• Own and deliver brand marketing strategy to drive awareness, acquisition, and revenue growth
• Lead brand development and ensure consistency across all channels and touchpoints
• Manage product portfolios, including range optimisation and lifecycle management
• Commercialise new product innovation in collaboration with global and regional teams
• Deliver pricing and promotional strategies cross-functionally
• Analyse category, product, and market performance against KPIs
• Track consumer trends, insights, and competitor activity to inform strategy
• Support revenue forecasting, budgeting, and demand planning
• Create customer-facing sales and marketing materials
• Lead cross-functional projects to support business growth

• Experienced brand marketer with strong commercial and analytical capability
• Confident working cross-functionally within matrix organisations
• Data-driven, with the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies
• Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Customer-centric, collaborative, and results-focused
• Able to travel to London, Manchester & EU
