ABOUT THE ROLE ....

We’re looking for a Global Account Manager to support media strategy and performance planning for Essity’s Health & Medical division across Latin America, with direct leadership of a key market lead based in Mexico. This role requires deep B2B and healthcare expertise, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to connect long-term brand strategies with short-term performance outcomes.

You’ll be part of a high-performing international team that manages complex, multi-market campaigns and drives innovation in social and search excellence. The ideal candidate combines strategic acumen with hands‑on experience in digital performance channels—particularly Linked In, Meta, Google Search, and Programmatic—to maximize ROI and accelerate audience engagement among professional and healthcare segments.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE WORK ....

  • Support the Business Director and Global Planning Director in building an annual end-to-end media strategy, planning, and activation for Essity Health & Medical LATAM
  • Help develop annual media frameworks and activation roadmaps, ensuring alignment with global strategy and local market nuances
  • Partner closely with clients to translate business and category goals into actionable media strategies
  • Support and drive measurement, test-and-learn agendas, and continuous performance optimization.
  • Collaborate with central and local stakeholders across creative, analytics, and platform teams
  • Ensure clear documentation and reporting against KPIs, emphasizing efficiency and learning
  • Serve as digital and performance planning expert, ensuring best-in-class execution across programmatic, social, search and e-commerce
Qualifications

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED ....

  • Experience in B2B and healthcare media strategy and planning
  • Experience with performance channels – particularly Search (Google/Bing) and Social (Linked In, Meta)
  • Experience managing multi-market campaigns and regional coordination
  • Attention to detail, confidence with numbers and formulas
  • Ability to support in articulating and presenting ideas clearly and confidently
  • Provide excellent support with client servicing, influencing, and presentation skills
