BON CHARGE is a premium wellness, beauty, and biohacking tech brand, offering cutting-edge solutions such as red light therapy, PEMF, infrared sauna, circadian-friendly lighting, and EMF protection. We are rapidly scaling internationally and building a stronger brand presence in the UK through earned media, community building, and premium events.

We are seeking a London-based PR Manager / Publicist on a limited company basis to drive our UK earned media strategy, build strong media and influencer relationships, and amplify BON CHARGE’s brand presence. This role will act as our London-based PR lead, working closely with the Global Director of PR & Partnerships and supporting our London PR agency. You will also play a key role in ensuring strong press and influencer attendance at BON CHARGE wellness events across London and the UK.

• Proactively secure earned media coverage in top-tier UK press across wellness, lifestyle, beauty, health, and business verticals.
• Develop and pitch compelling brand stories, founder features, product launches, and expert commentary opportunities.
• Maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, and key media contacts in the UK market.

• Support outreach and relationship management with key London-based influencers, thought leaders, and wellness experts.
• Coordinate invitations and attendance for influencers and press at BON CHARGE wellness events.
• Secure organic amplification through influencers aligned with BON CHARGE’s brand positioning.

• Act as the London point of contact for BON CHARGE’s PR agency, ensuring alignment with global strategy and brand messaging.
• Collaborate with the Global PR & Partnerships Director to streamline campaign execution, coverage tracking, and reporting.
• Provide local market insight and recommendations to strengthen PR and community strategies.

• Partner with the Wellness Events Manager to ensure strong press and influencer engagement at all UK events.
• Help oversee media content capture and ensure PR value is maximised from each activation.

• 5+ years’ PR experience, ideally with a background in wellness, beauty, lifestyle, or luxury sectors.
• Strong network of journalist, editor, and influencer contacts in London and the wider UK.
• Proven track record of delivering impactful earned media coverage and thought leadership opportunities.
• Strong writing, pitching, and storytelling skills.
• Ability to work independently in a consultancy capacity while aligning with global direction.
• Passion for wellness, biohacking, and premium lifestyle brands.

• Must be London-based with ability to attend events, media meetings, and press previews in-person.
• Flexible to travel within the UK when required.
• Comfortable balancing hands-on execution with agency oversight.

• Full-time consultancy preferred, but flexible arrangements may be considered.
