WIILMA exists to reduce loneliness & isolation & increase community cohesion. We are seeking a Volunteer Community Art Tutor, with an enthusiastic, warm personality to run workshops with us based on engaging themes.

• Design and deliver engaging arts workshops and activities for individuals and groups, catering to different skill levels and interests.
• Plan and prepare for sessions by sourcing materials and ensuring the space is set up to facilitate creative activities.
• Encourage active participation and foster a sense of belonging among participants, helping them connect with each other through art and shared creative experiences.
• Help us to promote workshops and activities within the community to reach a wide range of individuals who might benefit from arts engagement.
• Offer guidance and support to participants as they develop their artistic skills and explore their creativity.
• Maintain a positive and supportive environment for all participants, fostering a sense of community and connection.
• Handle materials and the space responsibly, ensuring materials are tidied away and the space is left clean and tidy at the end of each session.
