Head Veterinary Nurse – South West London Responsibilities

About the Practice

Set on a charming SW London high street, this modern first-opinion small animal clinic is known for its welcoming atmosphere and loyal, well-informed client base. The practice blends clinical excellence with personal, community-driven care, featuring:

  • Two bright consultation rooms and a spacious reception area
  • Separate dental and surgical suites
  • Digital and dental radiography, in-house lab facilities
  • Dedicated cat and dog wards
  • Advanced anaesthetic and monitoring systems for ultimate patient safety
The Opportunity

The Head RVN will guide a team of experienced Registered Veterinary Nurses and friendly, knowledgeable receptionists. This is a chance to make a real impact—shaping nurse clinics, mentoring colleagues, and ensuring the highest standards of patient and client care. Flexible and part-time hours are available to support a healthy work-life balance.

The ideal candidate will be:
  • RCVS registered with a track record of exceptional patient and client care
  • Confident in leading a clinical team and nurturing a progressive, supportive culture
  • Skilled in coaching and influencing to bring out the best in every colleague
  • Experienced in running nurse clinics and consultations
