Overview
As a Staff Nurse in our outpatient department, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating high standards of nursing practice. Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, you will ensure seamless care and support for patients while supervising and guiding junior staff, deputising for the Senior Staff Nurse when required. This role demands strong organisational skills to manage multiple clinics and prioritise tasks effectively, as well as the ability to demonstrate teamwork and leadership by fostering collaboration and providing direction when needed.
Flexibility and adaptability are essential as you respond to varied patient needs and dynamic clinic requirements, ensuring a safe and positive experience for all.
- Registered Nurse Level 1 with UK NMC Registration
- Experience relevant to outpatient services
- Phlebotomy training essential
- A commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
- An interest in Laser treatments and MOHS surgery desirable.
