Night Veterinary Surgeon role at Medivet Hendon. Medivet 24 Hour Hendon is a busy, well-equipped hospital offering first opinion and referral-level care with advanced surgical and diagnostic tools.

• Deliver exceptional clinical care to patients during consultations and procedures.
• Provide exceptional care to clients, giving clear updates on patients.
• Deliver professional excellence, observing the highest standards of regulatory, practice and operational compliance.
• Prepare tailored, accurate treatment and care plans for each patient with clear cost estimates.
• Engage, mentor and develop the team, enhancing skills and utilising them effectively.
• Complete clinical handover and arrange transfer of patients needing out-of-hours or enhanced care.
• Proactively share clinical best practice within and across practices and the wider Medivet community.

• RCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon.
• Experience in delivering exceptional care to both patients and clients.
• Experience working effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to demonstrate clinical leadership skills.
• Experience implementing a progressive clinical culture.
• Experience supporting nurse consults and schedule 3 procedures, with understanding of impact on clinic performance and efficiency.
• Experience using coaching and influencing skills to get the best out of colleagues.
