They’re looking for a savvy, sociable lettings professional to be their go-to person for building and maintaining agency relationships ensuringtheirphone is the first to ring when a deal hits the market.

What you’ll be doing as a Lettings Partnerships Manager:

• Becoming the face of the brand for lettings teams across SW & PCL from Clapham to Chelsea and everything in between
• Using your lettings expertise to spot larger properties (typically 4–7 beds) with great potential for shared living
• Building strong relationships with local estate agents so you’re always their first call
• Pitching the company’s premium HMO management solution to agents and landlords – with confidence and charisma
• Dropping into offices, attending socials, and staying top-of-mind across the patch
• Earning commission for every deal you bring in directly rewarded for your hustle
