New Homes Sales Negotiator – Central London
My client is a high-end residential developer seeking a new homes sales negotiator to work in one of their marketing suites in Central London. The ideal candidate will have new homes experience, but those with a strong estate agency background may also be considered.
Key requirements include:
- Experience selling new homes
- Off-plan sales experience (desirable)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in residential development or estate agency
- Competent IT skills
A competitive salary of £28,000-£40,000 is offered, along with a generous bonus structure and additional benefits.
