Role Overview
:
As a Lettings Negotiator, you will play a pivotal role in matching clients with properties that meet their needs. Your responsibilities will include marketing properties on various platforms, managing inquiries, conducting viewings, and negotiating terms to finalize deals.

• Market properties effectively across social media and property platforms.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and provide detailed property information.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings with potential tenants.
• Negotiate tenancy terms to achieve favorable outcomes for all parties.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the London rental market and property legislation.

• Energetic & Self-Motivated:
  Driven to achieve and exceed targets.
• Knowledgeable:
  Familiarity with London Boroughs and the local property market.
• Excellent Communicator:
  Strong verbal and written English skills.
• Experience:
  
  Background in customer service, sales, or the lettings industry is desirable but not essential.

Salary: £2,500 – £5,000 monthly
