This is a rare opportunity to take your career to the next level in an entrepreneurial, forward thinking and growing research and advisory business which has a unique positioning within the banking and retail tech space.

They have an amazing client list, providing highly regarded data insights, market intelligence and bespoke consulting.

Having carved out an extremely successful niche, and with business growing significantly, they now have an opportunity for a number of Associate level researchers.

As an Associate (and following your 3 months' initial training programme) your responsibilities include primary and secondary research including surveys and interviews with senior industry stakeholders, data analysis and report writing. The work is more quant focused but you will also get great exposure to qual.

Types of projects you might work on include industry and competitor benchmarking, strategic reviews, market opportunities and entry strategies, case studies and regulatory analysis.

As you would expect, there is a strong career path within this business. Typically they recruit at Associate level and promote from within - it is extremely rare for them to hire at a senior level, so there is every opportunity for you to progress to a senior position.

In terms of the culture - they are professional but not 'stuffy' and have a strong team work ethic.

There is a big international focus with many of their employees speaking 2 or 3 languages and using these languages in a work capacity and on a personal level. Much as language skills would be a bonus, they are not a must-have.

The Associate is seen as a growth role and a spring‑board from which to develop your career within the organisation.
