This beautiful grade II listed building and former HQ of the Port of London Authority has 100 rooms, 41 residential apartments of which 31 units are in a FS run transient rental program, a stunning ballroom which has hosted the inaugural Reception of the United Nations, 5 meeting rooms, a stunning destination spa with 8 treatment rooms, hammam, steam, sauna and swimming and vitality pool, and a fantastic Food and Beverage offering including Mei Ume (Chinese/ Japanese cuisine) and Rotunda (all day dining, afternoon tea & bar).
** Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge is looking for a Chef de Partie for our main kitchen, which will include our new Signature Restaurant Opening in 2026.
**** Please note that this role is expected to commence in early February 2026.
**** The Chef de Partie role:
** You will be responsible for supervising Demi Chefs de Partie and Commis Chefs, ensuring the highest standards of quality, consistency, and food safety across all outlets.

* What You’ll Do:

*** Prepare and present high-quality dishes in line with Four Seasons standards
* Lead and motivate a section of the kitchen, ensuring smooth daily operations
* Train and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and excellence
* Maintain strict compliance with Food Safety, HACCP, and COSHH standards
* Collaborate with the Sous Chefs and Chef de Cuisine on menu planning and innovation
* Manage stock control, ordering, and waste reduction within your section
* Ensure a clean, organised, and safe working environment at all times

* What You Bring:

*** Culinary school education or equivalent professional experience
* 3–4 years of previous experience in a high-quality, fresh food environment
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and develop a team
* Working knowledge of Food Safety, HACCP, and COSHH
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* A genuine passion for food and curiosity for learning new techniques
