Location:

London – Tower Bridge. Set in the heart of the City, overlooking Tower Bridge and the Tower of London. The hotel features 100 rooms, 41 residential apartments, a stunning ballroom, 5 meeting rooms, a destination spa, and a renowned F&B offering including La Dame de Pic, Mei Ume, and Rotunda.

The restaurant will be open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, 7 days a week. We are seeking an enthusiastic and service-driven Commis Sommelier to join our opening team and help shape a world-class dining destination in the heart of London.

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Commis Sommelier to join our award-winning team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to begin or grow their career in wine service, working alongside experienced sommeliers and hospitality professionals in a vibrant and supportive environment. Please note that this role is expected to commence in early to mid-October.

• Assist with wine service during lunch and dinner.
• Prepare and maintain wine stations and tools.
• Support cellar management, including stock rotation, inventory, and deliveries.
• Learn and grow your wine knowledge through tastings, training, and mentorship.
• Engage with guests to provide thoughtful recommendations and enhance their dining experience.
• Uphold the highest standards of service, presentation, and professionalism.

• Previous experience in a similar high-end restaurant as a Commis Sommelier.
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Immaculate personal presentation and a passion for hospitality.
• WSET level 2 preferred, or studying towards.
• All applicants must hold the right to work in the UK.

• This is a full-time position, contracted at 40 hours per week.
• Wine service is both lunch and dinner, 7 days a week.
• Candidates must be flexible to work mornings, evenings and weekends.
