Head Sommelier

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and evolve a world-class wine list aligned with our culinary vision
• Lead wine service during service periods, offering expert recommendations
• Manage inventory, purchasing, supplier relationships, and cost control
• Create wine pairings for tasting menus and special events
• Ensure compliance with licensing, storage, and cellar management standards

• Proven experience as a Head Sommelier or Senior Sommelier in a high-end environment
• Exceptional wine knowledge with strong leadership and communication skills
• Guest focused mindset with ability to elevate dining experience
