The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our talented bar team will be responsible for crafting exceptional cocktails, serving drinks with a smile, and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests. Your creativity and passion for mixology will help elevate the bar to new heights, while your attention to detail and commitment to quality will ensure a consistent product.
You’ll Do
- Prepare and serve a wide array of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and spirits, to our guests
- Maintain an organized, clean, and well‑stocked bar area, ensuring all health and safety standards are met
- Engage with guests, providing recommendations and creating a welcoming atmosphere
- Collaborate with the bar team to develop new cocktail recipes and enhance our drink offerings
- Handle cash and card transactions efficiently and accurately
- Previous experience as a bartender in a busy bar or restaurant (approx. 1‑2 years)
- Strong knowledge of mixology, spirits, and classic cocktails
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- A keen attention to detail and a passion for delivering high‑quality drinks
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
- Legal right to work in the UK and flexibility to work evenings and weekends
- Competitive Pay & Earning Potential
- £15.50 – £17.50 per hour typical take‑home pay, including a discretionary share of the service charge (tronc)
- £37,440 – £40,950 indicative annual earnings (based on a 45‑hour week)
- Hours & rota: full‑time, 5 days over 7 including evenings and weekends; rotas shared in advance
- Holiday: 28 days per year including public holidays (pro rata)
