Your Role: Our Beverage offering is beautifully and originally created, and frequently updated according to season and trends. As Assistant Head Sommelier you will oversee our beverage complement across our stunning restaurant, act as ambassador and educator for guests, pairing wines and beverages to enhance the dining experience. You will foster a culture of passion for wine/sake, model excellent service, and build strong collaboration between the restaurant and sommelier teams.

Your Requirements:

• At least 4 years as Senior Sommelier with in‑depth knowledge of wine and beverages
• Experience in a fast‑paced hospitality environment
• Ability to lead a team of Junior Sommeliers
• Customer focus and exceptional guest service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to learn and grow within the business
• Ability to maintain and set processes and standards
