We are looking for a Head Runner to join our front-of-house team. The selected candidate will play a key role in coordinating the runner team and ensuring a smooth and efficient service, working closely with the Managers and the kitchen staff.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and supervise the runner team.
- Ensure a smooth flow of dishes from the kitchen to the dining room.
- Support the service during peak hours.
- Maintain cleanliness, order, and service standards.
- Collaborate with the team to deliver an excellent guest experience.
- Previous experience as a Runner or Head Runner.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Fast, precise, and detail-oriented.
- Team player with good stress-management skills.
- Flexible availability (evenings, weekends, holidays).
- Dynamic and professional working environment.

- Contract and salary based on experience.
