Harvey Nichols is seeking a Stock Controller to join our team in Knightsbridge. About the role…

As our new Stock Controller
, you’ll be the driving force behind the efficient management and movement of stock across the store. From the moment new deliveries arrive to the time a product reaches the shop floor (and beyond), you’ll ensure accuracy, organisation, and care in every detail. You’ll deliver an exceptional and professional service by:

  • Ensuring all deliveries are received, processed, and stored accurately and efficiently
  • Managing stock levels to support sales and minimise loss through accurate replenishment and rotation
  • Supporting store teams by locating and delivering stock promptly and efficiently
  • Conducting regular stock counts and assisting with audits to ensure inventory accuracy
  • Collaborating with retail, buying, and logistics teams to optimise stock flow and resolve discrepancies
  • Upholding the highest standards of organisation, precision, and professionalism at all times

We’re looking for individuals who are methodical, motivated, and meticulous with a passion for luxury retail and an eye for detail that’s second to none.

  • Do you have previous experience in a stock control or back-of-house role, ideally within luxury fashion or retail?
  • Are you highly organised, reliable, and confident managing high-value merchandise?
  • Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and efficiency are key?
  • Are you a team player who enjoys supporting front-of-house teams to deliver exceptional client experiences?
  • Are you flexible and available to work across early mornings, evenings, and weekends?
