Luxury department store, Harvey Nichols, is searching for a Brand Consultant - Chloe is looking for someone to join its thriving ladies fashion department in London – Knightsbridge. • Provide expert style advice about your brand to our customers
• Deliver a memorable 5

• Be a proud ambassador for the brand and make sure you are maximising sales to our customers
• Show we are obsessed with style by making sure your department looks amazing and is merchandised really well
• You will know everything there is to know about your brand and be able to share your thoughts on current / future trends
• Work closely with your team and celebrate fabulousness wherever you see it
• Flexibility is a must; customer service can’t wait during weekends and evenings

• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Proven experience working within the luxury retail environment, attracting new customers, and maintaining the highest standards within the industry.
• You are stylish, fun and welcoming, with a passion for fashion.
• Do you have a great knowledge and passion for all things fashion
• You are great at talking to people
