Dunbar Brown Group is partnering with an exciting Data and AI consultancy client to find an experienced Sales Development Representative. The client specializes in digital transformation consultancy for Financial Services companies in the UK.
As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of the business by identifying, engaging, and qualifying new business opportunities. Working closely with senior sales and business development leaders, you will create a strong pipeline of prospects and ensure seamless handover of qualified leads for further engagement. This is an office‑based role in central London (4–5 days per week) where you’ll thrive in a collaborative, high‑energy environment that rewards initiative and results.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively prospect and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and social engagement
- Qualify inbound leads and assess their fit for the company’s services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, acting as the first point of contact
- Book high‑quality meetings and demos for senior members of the sales team
- Work closely with marketing to align campaigns and messaging to targeted outreach
- Maintain accurate records of activity and progress using CRM tools
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified opportunities and pipeline growth
- Proven track record as an SDR or in a similar outbound sales role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Experience working with SaaS or technology solutions (highly desirable)
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment
- Organised and detail‑oriented, with strong CRM management skills
