Telesales Representative

Salary Package

R10k basic salary/month; and Commission (in pounds)

• Outbound Calls
  :
  Contact potential or existing customers.
• Product Knowledge
  :
  Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services to explain their features and benefits to customers.
• Customer Engagement
  :
  Build rapport with customers, ask questions to understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions.
• Sales Targets
  :
  Meet or exceed sales quotas and targets set by the company.
• Handle Objections
  :
  Overcome customer objections and turn them into opportunities to close sales.
• Follow-up
  :
  Regularly follow up with leads to nurture relationships and close sales deals.
• Update CRM
  :
  Keep records of customer interactions, track sales, and update databases with customer details.
• Provide Information
  :
  Answer customer questions about products, pricing, and availability.
• Complaint Handling
  :
  Manage customer complaints or issues and ensure they are resolved efficiently.
• Collaborate with Team
  :
  Work with sales teams to ensure alignment on goals and to share best practices.

Minimum Qualifications
:
Grade 12 / High School Certificate, Additional qualifications are advantageous.

Experience
:
Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar role is preferred and recommended. Training will be provided.
