Security Officer Temporary

Position: Security Officer (Contract, Temporary)
Location: North Kensington

Security Officer – South Kensington (4 on / 4 off)
We are looking for reliable, motivated, and professional Security Officers to join our expanding Security Team, supporting a major client based across multiple London locations. This role is primarily based in South Kensington, offering a consistent 4 on / 4 off shift pattern (2 days / 2 nights) with weekly pay.
If you have strong communication skills, excellent customer service, and experience in security or customer‑facing environments, this position could be an ideal fit for you.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for all staff, visitors, and members of the community

* Conduct routine patrols and monitor assigned areas across the site

* Respond promptly to incidents, alarms, and emergencies

* Complete accurate and comprehensive incident reports and statements

* Maintain high standards of professionalism, security awareness, and customer service

* Support crime prevention, protect property, and ensure compliance with site procedures

* Follow organisational policies, Health & Safety requirements, and Security best practices
Requirements

* Valid SIA Licence – Essential

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Strong customer service skills with a calm, polite, and professional manner

* Ability to work a rotating 4 on / 4 off shift pattern including days and nights

* Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to handle challenging situations professionally

* Flexibility, adaptability, and a commitment to maintaining high security standards
