We’re looking for motivated, curious, and collaborative engineers who are excited to build game-changing features with luxury-level polish and reliability. If you love solving problems, working across disciplines, and bringing ideas to life, you’ll thrive here.

• The design and building of web-applications and components in modern React, using hooks, Context as well as Redux
• CSS and responsive, accessible mobile-first design
• Writing clean, high-quality code that is easy to test and maintain
• Mentoring engineers who are earlier in their career
• Type Script and front-end frameworks such as Next.js
• Good testing practice including unit testing React and end to end tests using Cypress or similar
• Knowing modern web applications work, from HTTP requests in a browser and calling RESTful APIs, through to rendering a page
• Building high-performance and scalable solutions on public cloud infrastructure
• Up-to-date software architecture and design patterns

We work in SCRUM or Kanban teams, with a strong emphasis on cross-functional collaboration. You’ll partner closely with Engineers, QA, Product Managers, and Designers to build robust, scalable solutions that are as elegant as they are effective. We care deeply about quality, performance, and observability, and we’re always open to challenging convention when it leads to better outcomes

• On the back end we use Java with Spring Boot, in an AWS (Amazon Web Services) environment
• On the front-end React, Redux, Type Script, Node.js, NextJS and SCSS, and test with Jest, Enzyme, React testing library and Cypress
• Orchestration of our test and deployment process using Circle
  
  CI with Git Hub, Maven
• We use Contentful and Elastic Path as our content and commerce engines respectively
• We also use Optimizely to run A/B testing on the features we build
