Software Engineer, Cloud Engineer - Software, DevOps

The Real‑Time Bidding (RTB) Platform owns and operates a large‑scale distributed stack that allocates millions of dollars of advertising budget to billions of bid opportunities streaming into the system. If you’re interested in working on these critical, fast, large‑scale distributed systems, we’d like to meet.

As a Software Engineer, you care about the health and maintainability of our systems and the velocity of the engineering teams. You write code, design systems, build out proof of concepts that improve systems and automation throughout our products and tech stack.

• Code, test, debug and maintain software applications handling millions of real‑time requests per second efficiently.
• Constantly improve development, testing, configuration management, monitoring, and operational tools and processes.
• Work and collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams—including product engineering, modeling, and other platform teams—to ensure delivering high‑quality software products.
• Profile and optimize bidding machines.
• Set up and run experiments to improve stability, reliability, and bidding performance across the stack.
• Provide tooling for other software engineers to run their services.
• Participate in on‑call duties.

• 1‑2 years experience developing and working on distributed software systems as a Software Engineer.
• Skills in distributed system and software design, concurrent algorithms, data structures, and software engineering.
• Hands‑on experience with Java, Golang, or a similar language.
• Degree in a topic related to Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Bonus:
  Experience in programmatic advertising.
