As one of our early engineering hires, you will be a cornerstone in building and shaping our technology and culture. • Collaborate with a small team of engineers to design, develop, and deploy scalable software solutions integrating large language models (LLMs).
• Work hands‑on with product management and customers to refine and implement feature requirements.
• Contribute to the entire software development lifecycle from planning to deployment.
• Engage in technical decision‑making and product strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Promote a culture of excellence in coding and system design, establishing best practices for future growth.

• Proven experience in software engineering with a portfolio of significant past projects.
• Strong background in programming and systems design, particularly in Python or other relevant technologies.
• Experience working in early‑stage startups and comfortable with the fast‑paced nature of startup environments.
• Demonstrable interest and experience in working with large language models and AI technologies.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
