GTM Engineer

• 3+ years in operational or analytical roles, in a start‑up or scale‑up, or other fast‑moving environment.
• You’re insatiably curious about how the world works.
• You are analytical, data‑driven and take a first‑principles approach to problem solving.
• You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, aligned with MECE (Mutually Exclusive, Collectively Exhaustive) principles.
• You’re a clogged‑sink operator, with a product mindset.

• You have an understanding of the healthcare industry.
• You are familiar with GTM tools and terminology.
• You have experience in data analytics (SQL; Tableau).

We’re early in our GTM, and we’re looking for someone to join us to help develop and scale the underlying systems needed to support a world‑class go‑to‑market. You will be responsible for:

• Building and optimising the system(s) that enable the sales and marketing teams to focus on execution – you’ll create workflows and integrate tech stacks to eliminate manual tasks, facilitate data across platforms and surface actionable insights.
• Creating a sophisticated system for analysing Scarlet’s target market, and an engine to continuously identify and categorise potential prospects.
• Owning our GTM analytics and using data to inform Scarlet’s go‑to‑market strategy, and ensuring that it effectively converts into results.

This role will be a mix of technical build work and commercial research & problem‑solving.
