Web Developer

Responsibilities

• Analyze user needs and design, develop, and implement web-based applications to fulfill those requirements
• Develop website design and layout to create an optimal user experience
• Integrate data from various back-end services and databases
• Create database schemas that represent and support business processes
• Implement security measures to protect sensitive data
• Monitor website performance, identify issues, and troubleshoot/debug as needed
• Collaborate with web designers to match visual design intent
• Implement Search Engine Optimization (SEO) techniques to improve visibility
• Stay up-to-date on current technologies and industry trends

Full‑Time

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering/Information Systems is preferred

• Proven work experience as a Web Developer
• In-depth knowledge of web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, AJAX, PHP, MySQL, Apache, etc.
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of graphic design software such as Photoshop is a plus
