Software Engineer - Early Stage start up

Overview

Be part of building an AI-powered platform designed to simplify and enhance billing practices for law firms. By leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and machine learning, the concept automates and refines billing descriptions, ensures compliance with client and regulatory standards, and integrates with legal software such as Elite 3E, Aderant and Intapp.

This is an early-stage organisation where you can influence the direction of the company technically and culturally. You will work with bleeding-edge technologies; integrating AI, LLMs and APIs using Type Script, Python in a cloud-native environment. The role is based in London with two days a week in the office to collaborate with the team.

As an early-stage startup, you will have skin in the game with stock offerings and a package that you can tailor to your priorities. No CV is needed for an initial chat.

• Build and refine an AI-powered billing platform for law firms using LLMs and machine learning.
• Automate and improve billing descriptions and ensure compliance with client and regulatory standards.
• Integrate with top-tier legal software such as Elite 3E, Aderant and Intapp.
• Work in a cloud-native environment, using Type Script and Python, and contribute to architecture and decision-making in a small, collaborative team.

• Automation-focused engineer with experience building complex Linux-based systems.
• Proficiency in Type Script and Python in cloud-native environments.
• Experience with AI/LLMs is advantageous.

Location:

London (hybrid: two days in the office per week).
