AI Engineer - Onsite

About the Role

Be in the room, with a voice that will be heard as some of the country’s most talented engineers build a company from the ground up. You’ll have skin in the game with a lucrative share package, money to change your life. Runway is there for the next three years, VC backed, now it is time to turn it into a reality and build.

There is a clear mission, to accelerate the modernisation of business processes. Companies have accumulated large amounts of complex data and codebases, with expensive operations teams still trying to modernise and unpick code written 30 years ago, meaning updates and improvements are delayed. Time is money so this is costing large enterprises millions of £££s.

You’d use the experience you have with Generative

AI and Agentic LLMs to come in and be a part of building a product to unpick this data and code at pace, unlocking the insight and speeding up improvements. You’re used to an AI environment, have built out and maintained LLMs and the associated infrastructure for complex systems, ideally multi‑agent. Building LLM pipelines is second nature, you have evaluated and proved LLM pipelines too, constantly optimising to ensure smooth operations.

The tools you use don’t matter, it is about the outcome and the obsession to improve.

The team is very user centric, they work to simple architecture with a goal of solving users' problems. You’ll collaborate heavily with customers, fine‑tuning models and software to their requirements to maximise the outcomes. You’re curious, always questioning if there is a better way to do something, be that quicker, more accurate or simpler.

They work onsite, as mentioned above you will be in the room with a voice. You can shape the direction of both the product and the company. Everyone together, solving problems and making decisions – this is imperative. Of course, if you have an appointment or need some flexibility from time to time that’s fine but fundamentally this is an onsite role.
