Vehicle Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage the new and / or used vehicle sales team
• Drive sales performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction
• Implement and monitor sales strategies, targets, and KPIs
• Manage stock levels, pricing strategies, and vehicle turn rates
• Ensure compliance with OEM, dealership, and regulatory requirements
• Handle escalated customer queries and uphold brand standards
• Coach and develop sales staff through ongoing training and performance management

• Proven experience as a Vehicle Sales Manager within a dealership environment
• Strong knowledge of automotive sales processes, finance, and compliance
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and people-management skills
• Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Strong administrative and reporting abilities
• Valid South African drivers licence
