We offer full funding to Masters or PhD students with a passion for microwave and RF antenna research.

Accommodation
RequirementsMinimum 70% average for the academic year
Interest in pursuing a career in the microwave/RF antenna field
Willingness to complete vacation work at our Johannesburg offices (minimum 6 weeks total over a 2-year period—accommodation and flights covered)
Sign a bursary contract including a work-back clause (either through permanent employment or repayment of funds)
Selection CriteriaDue to the specialized nature of our work, preference is given to students with exceptional results in relevant subjects, particularly Electromagnetics. Applicants must provide a letter of support from their supervisor indicating their research topic. We will supply a list of research areas of interest to Alaris.
No BBBEE requirements apply to this bursary.
We support 3rd and 4th year students studying Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronic, Computer, or Software Engineering who are interested in the microwave/RF antenna field.
