SAP S​/HANA; ECC Functional Consultant; WM​/MM​/SD​/PM​/PP​/QM

Overview:

The SAP Functional Consultant is responsible for supporting clients in the selection, implementation, and supporting of specific SAP modules.

This role requires acute analytical skills, seasoned consulting skills, solid business knowledge, and SAP technical solution expertise to effectively integrate SAP technology into the client’s business environment to achieve the client's expected business results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Excellent team player with strong interpersonal and customer relationship skills.
• Must be knowledgeable in a selection of the SAP EWM/PS/WM/MM/SD/PM/PP/QM/PM modules with a deep understanding of how to deliver solutions that will be sustainable, functional and aligned with Best Practices.
• Understand and analyse business and technical requirements - providing guidance and recommendations for gaps in the requirements.
• For support consultants, the ability to troubleshoot and deliver relevant and standard solutions within the Service Level Agreement and foster a trusted advisor role with the customers.
• For project consultants, the ability to take charge of their modules and produce quality and on-time deliverables throughout the project life cycle. This includes being responsible for scoping workshops, defining and building solutions during sprints, managing testing and training and finally supporting a successful go-live within the SAP module areas.
• Ensures technical and functional standards are observed in line with SAP Best Practice guidelines.
• Mentors, advises and guides business super users.
• Liaises with senior business representatives.
• Ensures compliance with governance processes for support and project deliverables.
• Experienced in organisational structure setup and configuration suitable for the functional area.
• Must be proficient with data migration using the available migration tools.
• Deliver solutions leveraging the latest SAP innovations of the respective technologies.

Requirements:

• Graduate degree in IT, Business, Engineering or Supply Chain or related areas.
• 5+ years of SAP MM/WM/SD/PP/PM/QM experience in end-user support and resolution of incidents and delivery of service requests, delivery of projects or both.
• SAP S/4
  
  HANA certifications for on-premise, Private Cloud or Public Cloud Certification (advantage).
• Must be proficient with the relevant modules listed above.
• Working understanding of SAP Best Practices.
• Working knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and Agile project delivery.
• At least 3-5 end-to-end implementation projects (advantage).
• Must have experience in end-user support and resolution of incidents and delivery of service requests.
• Provide general technical support in the modules above, business systems analysis and conduct SAP training as required.
• Create detailed systems documentation, test scripts, and presentations.
• Assist with scoping prospective engagements and developing proposals.
• Solid data analysis and transformation skills.
