Data & Systems Administrator

EUM, part of the TWK Group, has the following vacancy available:
Data & Systems Administrator at Centurion, Gauteng.

This role involves supporting, maintaining, and improving EUM’s systems by providing technical assistance, performing data checks, resolving errors, and assisting users and clients to ensure smooth and reliable system operations. It also includes managing the end-to-end month-end process, such as data submission to insurers and preparing data for invoicing to Finance, as well as resolving any queries related to insurer data submissions.

• Provide technical support and training to staff and customers
• Collaborate with the IT team to plan and execute system improvements
• Data comparisons, investigating and resolving error reports
• User and system setup
• Liaison with clients on system queries
• Exporting and sending data to relevant parties
• Month End process
• Insurer data submission
• Data submission to finance for invoicing

• Matric / Grade 12
• NQF5 (advantageous)
• Relevant certifications (e.g. CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator) (advantageous)
• Proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role
• Strong technical knowledge of system administration
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis
• Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
