Your Role
Technogym is looking for an experienced  User Researcher  to join our multidisciplinary team. If you're passionate about exploring real people's behaviors, needs, and pain points—and turning them into strategic insights—you might be the right fit for us.

Your Impact

Conduct end-to-end user research (interviews, usability testing, surveys, etc.)

Collaborate closely with design, development, and product management teams

Analyze qualitative and quantitative data

Translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations

Contribute to research culture and internal documentation

About You
Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical. You are able to work in an agile environment, providing teamwork that will always be recognized and appreciated.

What You Should Bring

At least 3 years of experience as a User Researcher

Strong knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods

Experience in regulated or complex fields (e.g., healthcare, public administration, medical, fitness, tech)

Proficiency with tools like Maze, Dovetail, Optimal Workshop, Figma, Notion, Excel

Empathy, autonomy, critical thinking, and strong synthesis skills
