Your Role We are looking for a proactive, creative, and curious Process Engineer with Manufacturing and Time & Method competencies to join the Process Engineering Team at Technogym HQ in Cesena (Italy). In this role you will work in a cross‑functional team and cooperate with all departments on new product development and manufacturing projects, coordinating internal or external resources. Leadership and passion will make a difference!

Your Impact  New product start‑up Define and implement the best manufacturing process to ensure safety, quality, and costs Define factory and assembly line layout Define internal logistic flows Define production standard time Coordinate internal and external resources by planning activities and monitoring progress  About You Ideally you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic, proactive, down‑to‑earth, and ethical. What you should bring  Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Manufacturing Management) or Technical Diploma Experience in new product start‑up Experience in assembly process Knowledge of the main manufacturing technologies principles and tools of Lean Manufacturing (Waste, Poka Yoka, Value stream map, SMED, DMAIC, 6σ, etc.)

Experience in production standard time definition Knowledge of Office packages, especially Excel Knowledge of AutoCAD / CAD Team player with strong leadership Strong practical sense Fluency in Italian and English Availability for national and international business trips  Key Skills Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Distributed Control Systems, Continuous Improvement, Process Improvement, Minitab, Root Cause Analysis, Process Engineering, cGMP, Kaizen, Programmable Logic Controllers, Manufacturing
