We are looking for a friendly person to join our team as a full‑time Client Care Representative in our busy, customer‑focused veterinary practice in Chalfont St Giles.

This role is fast‑paced and fun, with no working day the same. We are looking for calm and committed individuals who enjoy a challenge and work well under pressure.

• Liaising with the clients and the clinical staff to provide 5‑star customer care
• Meeting and greeting clients with professionalism
• Booking appointments and diary management
• Managing telephone and email enquiries
• Taking payment for services and products
• Managing cash and end‑of‑day banking
• Cleaning and preparing rooms for consultations
• Opening and closing the practice

This is a part‑time permanent role working 30 hours per week Monday to Friday and 1 in 4 weekends (Saturdays only from 8:30am to 4:30pm).
