Experienced Sales Person

We are looking for an experienced sales professional who can open doors for a growing civil engineering construction firm targeting mainly the renewable energy and MEP sector. We provide concrete structures, groundworks, access roads, drainage, and other structural works that make those projects possible.

Your task is to identify and win over project owners, EPC and MEP/M&E contractors, and developers across the country who need a reliable civil partner for upcoming solar, wind, or energy from waste installations, as well as MEP/M&E projects that need an intelligent civil engineering partner, who can also fulfil Principal Contractor duties as necessary.

You’ll be operating on a national scale, so we will rely on your existing contacts and your ability to prospect, qualify, and nurture new ones. We are based in the South East, but we operate throughout the UK - you will largely work remotely and keep in touch through Teams etc.

Success for us looks like a steady stream of warm, decision-ready leads and signed work packages; success for you is measurable in clear milestones we’ll agree at the outset (number of qualified introductions, RFP invitations, or contracts closed).

Pay range indicative - can be combination of pay and bonus. This role could be attractive to an experience sales person from the civil engineering sector, or equally from the M&E sector or renewables sector.
