Are you someone who enjoys helping people? Do you work well as an individual and as part of a team? Chanhassen Dinner Theatres is currently seeking to add a team member to our Box Office.

This position may serve as a pathway to a long-term Box Office role. Successful candidates should be interested in developing their skills, taking on additional responsibilities, and growing within the department as opportunities become available.

• Guest Service: Provide exceptional service to guests both in person and over the phone in a professional, hospitable manner.
• Ticketing & Sales: Process ticket & gift card orders, payments, and order delivery accurately and efficiently using computer ticketing systems.
• Communication: Effectively answer guest inquiries and collaborate smoothly across internal theatre departments.
• Operational Accuracy: Maintain the confidentiality and security of guest personal and financial information.
• Teamwork: Work collaboratively with team members in a fast-paced, positive environment.
• Daily Tasks: Complete daily assigned tasks, follow established procedures and perform other duties as assigned.

  Fully Trained Pay: $18.00/hour

Shifts

• Due to the dynamic nature of theatre operations, candidates must be available to work a minimum of 35 hours per week across our operating hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Box Office Operating

Hours:

• Monday: 9:45 AM - 5:00 PM
• Tuesday - Saturday: 9:45 AM - 8:00 PM
• Sunday: 12:00 PM - 7:00 PM

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Minimum of two years of customer service experience.
• Strong telephone communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work at a seated telephone workstation for extended periods, with regular breaks as scheduled.
• Ability to touch type accurately while assisting guests by phone and in person.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and other computer-based systems.
• Call center experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with Audience View or a cloud-based ticketing system is a plus.
