Flexible throughout the week. Fridays 17:00‑02:00, Saturdays 17:00‑02:00. Other days flexible.

• Take orders, prepare, dispense and serve drinks to the correct specification, whether at the bar or using the customer app.
• Deliver food to customers, ensure that check‑backs are completed and clear plates within the required timeframe.
• Provide friendly customer interactions: say "hello", thank customers and build rapport.
• Be knowledgeable about promotions, events and new products.
• Maintain "clean as you go" standards, including clearing tables, wiping surfaces and carrying out toilet checks.
• Work in all areas, including glass‑washing, restocking fridges, floor and beer garden clearing and other duties as needed.
