Commercial Lead, Contracts Manager, Program ​/ Project Manager

Lead QS / Commercial Lead required for our client, a global project management consultancy, who is supporting the delivery of a large-scale Multi-billion Euro (€) data centre construction project in Charleroi, Belgium

The role will take ownership of all the commercial and cost management of major construction packages, acting as a senior client-facing lead. Responsibilities include cost planning, estimating, procurement support, QTOs, as well as leading and mentoring a project cost team.

Candidates must have extensive experience in quantity surveying or cost management on large, complex construction projects, ideally within data centres, life sciences, or similar technically demanding projects. A consultancy or client-side background is preferred, along with strong stakeholder management and leadership capability.

This is a site-based role, 5 days per week in Belgium. Candidates must already have the right to work in the EU, as no visa sponsorship is available.
