Electrical Superintendent

A leading electrical contractor is seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to oversee field operations on large-scale data center and mission-critical construction projects throughout the DC Metro region.

This position will play a key role in driving schedule performance, managing field teams, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical construction leadership and experience working on complex commercial, industrial, or mission-critical projects.

This position will play a key role in driving schedule performance, managing field teams, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical construction leadership and experience working on complex commercial, industrial, or mission-critical projects.

• Lead day-to-day electrical field operations on active construction projects
• Manage foremen, electricians, subcontractors, and project crews
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and site logistics
• Drive project schedules and maintain productive workflow
• Conduct regular site walks and proactively resolve field issues
• Review construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation
• Coordinate with project management and other trades to support successful execution
• Participate in owner, contractor, and coordination meetings
• Monitor quality standards and ensure installations meet project requirements
• Enforce jobsite safety policies and regulatory compliance
• Track workforce productivity and labor utilization
• Support project closeout, turnover, and commissioning activities
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project stakeholders

• 8+ years of electrical construction experience
• Prior experience as a Superintendent, General Foreman, Lead Foreman, or similar field leadership role
• Experience overseeing multiple crews and subcontractors
• Strong understanding of construction means and methods
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and jobsite safety requirements
• Experience managing manpower planning and project schedules
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Valid driver's license
