Java Developer
12-18 month contract
Hybrid - Charlotte, NC - 3 days a week onsite

Rate: $60-65/hour W2
- We cannot sponsor. Not available C2C or 1099
- Strong hands-on experience with Java 11/17+, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices.
- Experience designing, developing, and supporting scalable backend systems.
- Strong understanding of system design, architecture, and database technologies (SQL/Oracle and No
SQL). - Experience with Kafka, event-driven architecture, and messaging.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes/Open Shift, containers, and CI/CD (Jenkins).
- Ability to troubleshoot, debug, optimize, and resolve production issues.
- Proven ability to take technical ownership and drive projects from design through deployment.
- Comfortable using AI coding tools such as Git Hub Copilot, Claude, or similar.
- Strong communication skills and ability to lead technical discussions.
- Banking experience is not required; candidates from any industry are welcome.
- React, Angular, Type Script, or JavaScript experience.
