Registered Dental Assistant

This is a full-time on‑site role for a Registered Dental Assistant (Level II) located in Charlottetown, PE. The Registered Dental Assistant will support the dentist in providing patient care by preparing treatment rooms, assisting with dental procedures, taking and processing X‑rays, sterilizing instruments, and maintaining equipment. You will interact with patients to ensure they are comfortable during procedures and provide post‑treatment care instructions.

Collaboration with the dental team on maintaining a clean and organized environment is a key part of the role.

• Proficiency in Dental Assisting and a strong understanding of Dentistry practices
• Skills in Dental Care, Oral Care, and patient education
• Knowledge of Sterilization techniques and infection control procedures
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Valid certification as a Registered Dental Assistant
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients and the dental care team
• Experience using dental software is an asset
