As a Millwright Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our client's facility runs safely and efficiently. You’ll troubleshoot, repair, and maintain various systems and equipment, support continuous improvement initiatives, and help create a safe and productive work environment.

What You’ll Do- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on facility systems and equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and assist with repairs to minimize downtime.
- Coordinate with contractors and ensure maintenance projects are completed safely and on schedule.
- Execute and close work orders within a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Contribute to continuous improvement and energy efficiency initiatives.
- Keep detailed maintenance records and documentation.
- Support safety programs and ensure compliance with all company policies and regulations.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- 3–5 years of experience in a maintenance or facility technician role.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and experience using hand and power tools.
- HVAC maintenance experience (filters, belts, etc.) is an asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable, self‑motivated, and organized with strong attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to provide a clear criminal record check.
- Fast‑paced production setting requiring flexibility and problem‑solving.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform hands‑on maintenance tasks for extended periods.
- May be exposed to varying temperatures, humidity, and cleaning agents.
- PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) must be worn as required.
